Full Setup - £40 + cost of strings
A comprehensive setup including adjustment of trussrod, saddles, bridge, nut slots, pickup height, electronics clean, Instrument cleaning and conditioning, fret polishing and any spot fret levelling/setting as required.
Fret Level, Crown and Polish - £120 + cost of strings
Levelling the frets to remove any pitting and provide a consistent, shiny playing surface up and down the entire fretboard - Includes setup
A complete new nut, cut to perfection from either bone or Tusq - Includes partial setup (Adjustment of trussrod and saddles), Upgrade to a full setup for an additional £25.
Nut Replacement - £20 + cost of blank & strings
Wiring - From £10
From simple pickup swaps and output jack replacements to complete rewire mods. message me for a quote for your specific needs.
Filing and polishing of the fret ends to fix 'fret sprout' that occurs with seasonal changes in humidity. If your guitar feels sharp on the edge of your fretboard, this is what you need - Includes fret polishing
Fret End Dressing - £25

Hi, I'm John
I've been a musician most of my life. Wherever I've found myself, be it in a band or working with musicians in the studio, I've always ended up working on peoples instruments to keep them gigworthy. I've worked on my own guitars for years and have developed the necessary skills to keep them feeling great. Now I'm offering those services to everyone.
My aim is to make every instrument I work on, be it a brand new shiny thing or a faithful old beater, play the best it possibly can and be a reliable companion for years to come.
